Welcome to KyADAPT, Assisting Deaf Adults to Participate Totally, the only organization in the state that exists solely to serve Deaf and Hard of Hearing adults with other disabilities. We provide group and individual learning experiences to teach our clients to live safely and as independently as possible. We assist clients in obtaining needed services from other agencies and to set and achieve personal goals. In partnership with the Housing Authority of Danville, we also operate a small residential program.

Family Game Nights - Fall 2019
We are happy to announce a series of Family Game Nights for the Fall of 2019. We will again have table games, door prizes, a cake walk, group games, and lots of other fun activities - in addition to more food. The cost for each Family Game Night will be $5 at the door and pay-as-you-go food options.
Each Game Night will be held at the Gathering Place Senior Citizen Center at 569 Jean Drive in Danville, KY from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm, on the following days:
- Friday, August 9th
- Friday, October 18th
- Friday, December 13th
After a log discussion, KyADAPT has decided not to have their Fun Walk this year. Family Game Nights are going to be our big fundraiser for the year.
Join us for a healthy and enjoyable summer at the KyADAPT Community Garden. With the support of the Housing Authority of Danville, the Hudson Ellis Foundation, James Ross, KSD's FFA, Boyle Extension Office, and the Bluegrass Community Action Agency, KyADAPT has started clearing for a community garden. Clients will be able to grow and eat a variety of vegetables. There will also be flowers they can cut and use in their homes. We are also planning to reward our workers for their sweat equity. For now, we need YOUR help every other Thursday at 6:00 pm. The more workers, the easier the work!
See you on Thursday, June 27th, July 11th, July 25th, etc.
Our garden is located behind the Housing Authority of Danville's Community Center on Toombs Court.
